3pti Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3pti ("the Platform," "we," "us"). The Platform operates the online betting and gaming services available at 3pti.app, including sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo and all related features.

These Terms apply to all players who access the platform from Pakistan or any other location. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the 3pti platform, you accept these Terms in full. They apply to all transactions in PKR and to all activity across all sections of 3pti.

3pti operates as an online entertainment platform. We do not claim, represent or imply any government licensing, regulatory approval or official endorsement from any Pakistani authority. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To use 3pti you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the platform.
• You must be registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. False information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
• Each person may hold only one account on 3pti. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and any duplicate accounts will be closed, with balances potentially forfeited pending investigation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period on the platform at the time of registration.

3pti reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account usage. Verification is required before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at deposit stage depending on the amount and payment method used. Documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport.

Registration via a third party, automated bot or any non-human process is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 3pti account. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials (username, password) confidential. 3pti will never ask for your password by any communication channel.
• Logging out fully after each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• Notifying 3pti support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring all personal details on your account remain current and accurate. Notify us if any details change.

3pti is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other service.

4 Deposits

3pti accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as listed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 3pti does not charge fees on deposits from its side. Your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges independently.
• Deposits are credited to your 3pti balance upon confirmed receipt. Instant methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, card) typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.
• In the event a deposit fails or is delayed, players should contact support with the transaction reference before attempting a repeat deposit to avoid double-charging.

3pti reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of standard account security procedures.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Account identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not submitted required documents should do so promptly to avoid delays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Pending bonuses with active wagering requirements may restrict withdrawal of the bonus portion until requirements are met. Real-money balances held separately from bonus funds may be withdrawn independently.
• 3pti reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawals above certain amounts. This is a standard fraud prevention procedure and does not indicate any negative account standing.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 3pti may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3pti offers various bonuses to players including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP-specific rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated with individual offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal is available). The specific multiple is stated with each offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute less or not at all. This is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Time limits are stated with each offer.
• One bonus per player, per qualifying event unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• 3pti reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire promotional offers at any time. Players who have already claimed an offer will be governed by the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

7 Sports Betting Rules

3pti offers sports betting markets across cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, tennis, basketball, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be renegotiated unless an error is identified.
• In the event of a clear pricing error on any market, 3pti reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players will be refunded the stake amount.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned or suspended before the minimum time required for the result to stand under 3pti's rules for that sport will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per market are set by 3pti and may vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the relevant bet section.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. 3pti does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend them at any time.
• Players are responsible for the selections they make. 3pti does not provide betting advice and is not liable for losses resulting from a player's chosen selections.

8 Casino, Slots & Bingo

All casino games, slot titles and bingo rooms on 3pti use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous outcomes, bet sizes or account history.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages published for slot games are theoretical long-run averages certified by the game developer. They do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error, 3pti reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. Bets completed before a malfunction are settled normally.
• Jackpot wins on progressive slot games are subject to verification before payment. 3pti may request supporting information from the player before a jackpot amount is credited.
• Bingo rooms operate according to the specific rules of each room type (90-ball, 75-ball, speed bingo). Room rules are displayed before entry to each session.
• Players must not use any software, tool or method that interferes with the normal functioning of casino games or gains an unfair advantage over other players.

9 VIP Programme

The 3pti VIP Programme operates across four tiers. Progression through tiers is based on qualifying activity levels as defined in the VIP section of the platform. Benefits at each tier are clearly listed and applied to the account automatically upon reaching the qualifying threshold.

• VIP status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• 3pti reserves the right to review VIP tier status periodically. Accounts that fall below the qualifying activity threshold for a tier may be moved to the appropriate lower tier at the next review date.
• VIP benefits including enhanced bonus offers, higher withdrawal limits and personalised promotions are subject to the general bonus and withdrawal terms in Sections 5 and 6.
• 3pti reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove VIP status from any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

10 Responsible Gaming

3pti is committed to providing responsible gaming tools and encouraging all players to use the platform in a way that remains within their means and remains entertainment rather than a source of financial stress.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be raised instantly – a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
• Session reminders: Players can enable time-based alerts that prompt them when they have been actively using the platform for a chosen duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a defined period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and no marketing will be sent. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is not permitted and any account opened during exclusion will be closed immediately.
• Age verification: 3pti requires all players to be 18 or over. Date of birth is collected at registration and may be subject to documentary verification.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3pti and will result in immediate account suspension and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using false identity information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Bonus abuse including collusion, multi-accounting or structured deposits designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Fraud, money laundering or using the platform to process funds of unclear origin.
• Using automated bots, scripts or third-party software to place bets, play games or manipulate outcomes.
• Match-fixing, insider information trading or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on 3pti.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communication directed at 3pti staff or other players.

3pti cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct. Account information may be shared in such circumstances where required.

12 Limitation of Liability

3pti provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform functions correctly and consistently, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

• 3pti is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device malfunctions or other technical factors outside our direct control.
• 3pti is not liable for losses resulting from a player's betting or gaming decisions. All wagers are placed voluntarily and at the player's own risk.
• In the event of a proven platform error resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes, 3pti's liability is limited to returning the original stake to the player. We are not liable for potential winnings on incorrect odds.
• 3pti does not provide tax advice. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations applicable to winnings in their jurisdiction.

13 Privacy

The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the 3pti Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 3pti collects personal information at registration and during account use for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance. 14 Changes to These Terms

3pti reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 3pti platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
